buying a new gaming pc

hello i wanna buy a new computer i was thinking about eater cyberpower or ibuypower. but since i have been reading that build my own pc will be better and chipper i rather do that. now i dont know how to build my own pc. so i was wonderind if still a good idea to do that. i wanna spend 1800-2100 but i and i dont have monitor mouse and keyboard . so i was wondering uf i can get help to now wat are the best parts for thise price. what i like its a nice computer were i can play all the games with out any probes in high resolution. i want a have a blue-ray player.
