Is 450w enough for my gaming pc?

Hi all, new here.

I'm currently deciding on parts for a gaming pc build and the last thing I'm deciding on is the psu. With the parts listed below, will 450w be enough for this build?

If you dont overclock , you are ok but at the edge (your system is 420watt without OC ) . If you overclock get a better power.

two : get DDR3 1866 , not 1333 .

and try to get GTX 760 (245$) if you can , if not try HD7870 GHZ edition (200$) the 650 is very old.
