Your mobo is capable of stable OC (i'm guessing it's a sabertooth). If you're using the OEM HSF, you need to replace it with an aftermarket one. Noctua, Zalman, Cooler Master, etc. For extreme OC, go for Liquid Cooling - Corsair, etc.

Ah forgot to put that. I do a better msf. Cooler master. Any thought on the kind of oc I can get out of this comp. Trying to keep this build under 1k

Based from what I've read here, safe OC until 4.6Ghz. Or probably 4.8Ghz using top-rated huge HSF but there is no guarantee. Beyond that would definitely need water cooling.

Not bad.. cant get any bigger or better fan really.. covers up my ram slots if I do.. sounds good though. What about the fsb and multiplier. Ive heard high fsb and lower multiplier is better than the other way around.

Your RAM heatsink got those tall fins? low profile RAM modules got plenty of room right under Noctua D14 which has 44mm allowance from its base to the first sheet of fins. It's not quite neat but it's the only way to go for air cooling.

G.Skill Sniper has 42mm height profile:

I'm not sure if it's really gonna fit but theoretically yes.
