Hey guys,
I was just wondering if you could rate these components for my new build:
I'm planning for a new build, I want it to be under the $1000 limit.
Im building it for the main use of running FSX, with very high performance-demanding addons. FSX is a CPU intensive program rather than GPU, so I've felt it necessary to spend a good amount of money to buy a good-quality CPU. That said, There are loads of intel CPUs out there and it's been a good few years since my last build.

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770 $349
GPU: Sapphire Radeon HD7770 1GB GHz Edition V2 $125
RAM: Corsair CMP8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 $105.00
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock B75 Pro3-M Motherboard $65
CASE: Aerocool Strike-X One Case $69
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB ST1000DM003 $75
SDD: Fujitsu S306 128GB SSD $109
CD DRIVE: HP DVD1070i 20X SATA Multiformat DVD Writer $20
PSU: Aerocool VP750 750W True Power $89

Which comes to about $1000 for me here in Australia from my favourite online aussie retailer pccasegear.com

Any tips, ideas or concerns with this build would br much appreciated :)

You do know that FSX is a game, right? Anyway, my old Dell Optiplex which I had a few years ago had a 5850 and a core 2 duo and ran FSX at 60+fps, I don't see the need for the i7, get an i5. FSX isn't that demanding as it's getting on a bit. Use the saved money to get a better gpu for playing other games.

running FSX -without- addons is a piece of cake, but running it with complex aircraft and scenery addons can cause performance problems for people with even i7 cards clocked over 4 GHz
