PC shuts down suddenly

Hello. My PC has been shutting down abruptly while playing games (FIFA 13) or running high definition video files. In addition to this, while previously I was able to run FIFA 13 on a 1280*720 resolution flawlessly, the game has started to stutter a lot, leading to eventual system shutdown. Its most probably not a RAM problem.
My guess would be between a graphics card or a SMPS issue. Please help, thanks!

The System specs. are
2.93 Ghz. Core 2 duo
3 gb ram
1 gb nvidia gt 9500 graphic card and 500 gb hdd.
