Strange screen distortion while playing games

Hi, whenever I play games, about 5 minutes in this strange distortion/lines across my screen occurs, I have an image here. http://i.imgur.com/qemBO8k.jpg
That occured while playing Borderlands 2.
I have a multi-monitor setup, one HDMI 1080p monitor and one VGA 1360x768 monitor and it occurs on both, the picture shows the latter monitor.

I have an AMD A6-5400K OC'd to 4Ghz
I also have a HD 6670 not overclocked

GPU problems. Try updating drivers, else it is a hardware GPU malfunctioning.
