1250$ Gaming PC

Hey guys, I have done some research for my computer that im gunna buy but i want one last look over. The main problem is finding a 120 refresh rate monitor that is 22-23 inches with 1080p for under 190$ other than that is there any good deals that im missing? and will i need additional fans for my case? edit: i cant spend over 1250 by any means!
