Try looking for parts first. Start with high-end ones. then go a notch lower to adjust to your budget. Priority would be the Graphic card, CPU HSF, PSU, 8gb RAM at least. Then post your initial findings.

It helps to tell what country you're in as well. Since you left that blank, I'm left to guess that USA is your country of origin that you plan to purchase parts in. I can only guess you mean $800 after MIR and everything as well... so, here's what I managed to come up with.

It's a little over budget after MIR and such, but you could probably deal with that by simply getting a different video card instead, or a cheaper computer case. If you don't have a Micro Center around, then you'll need to find a different computer case for about the same amount, which is pretty easy to do. If you do have a Micro Center around, then you can probably save more money by getting a CPU and motherboard combo there than what I can simply find off the internet.
