No start server button in lan game setup civilization V!!!!!!!!! I gave set up my lab game and I try to launch it but there's no button to start!? I click "host server" and nothing happens. Help please!

There is no known issues for this (according to 2k games) and honestly it sounds like either 1 of 2 issues, your games arnt the same version or there is a networking issue (maybe your router has a firewall blocking some port)

I have unblocked on firewall and we both just download the game and started it on directx 9. Have heard that civ 5 has got alooooot of mp issues.

Looking on their support site, they offer no support. Which tells me that when the games are installed correctly, and there is no 3rd party software involved, they cant reporduce the problems.

Thanks fir the help guys. Multiplayer online works fine. The problem is just that clicking "host server" does nothing on lan.
