PROBLEME ASUS P8BE4L four short beep

Hi,
I have a ASUS Motherbord P8B-E/4L and a Intel Xeon E3-1220 v2, i get 4 short beeps and no video signal.
I have try 2 different video card, 2 diferent power supply, ECC and no ECC memory. In all configuration, i get 4 short beep but no display on screen. Somebody can help me ?

The motherboard has a thin white sticker on it with the motherboard serial number on it (third digit would be M). Look at the last four numbers on the sticker. That would be the BIOS version number the motherboard shipped with. You need BIOS version number 2011 or higher to run the Xeon E3-1220 v2.

you're right about the BIOS 2011, I find the 2nd genration processor for updating the bios.
