Hi, my buddy helped me chose the parts for my gaming pc last summer and we chose out dated budget parts and since then I've added a new graphics card and CPU. I am now using a stock i7 3770k and a HD7850 gpu, my current mobo is a gigabyte z68-ap and I'm looking to get a new one but i have NO CLUE what to look for in a new mobo so could one of you tech gurus share some of your knowledge with me? Also could you guys suggest me a couple good MOBOs that's under $150? Thanks.

Things I look for in a motherboard.

Quality of the capacitors
easy to over clock
Cooling solution
how many Graphics card it can support (how many PCIe slots it has)
integrated sound card (important for a gamer)
If it can support higher DDR3 frequency

Have a look at this http://www.howtogeek.com/62588/how-to-pick-the-right-motherboard-for-your-custom-built-pc/

Good motherboards manufacturers are Asus, ASRock and Gigabyte.
