Monitor no input signal after putting in graphics card even after I have removed it

I don't know what to do. This is fresh windows 7 installed last night. My monitor will not display anything even with the integrated graphics.

is your monitor on the right source. Which cable are you using to hook up the tv and the PC. Make sure the monitor is set to the correct signal by clicking one of the buttons on the left or bottom of your monitor.

It say no signal for vga and hdmi but it's pointing to hdmi which is not what I want. I'm the using the cable the monitor cam with. I can't press anything on the monitor I don't think my keyboard is inputting what I'm pressing either. It's weird it was working fine until I put in the graphics card. I don't know why it isn't working now since this is not a new card I only took it out because it was messing with OS instillation

Right now yes. I'm going to take it out and try with integrated again

Nothing. I don't know if this is important but I reset the cmos to see if that would work nothing and it doesn't seem like It was reacting to my keyboard at all

Now when I turn it on it turns off then a few seconds later it turns on again. hmm maybe the mobo is the problem
