PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Anywhere except Ebay

PARTS PREFERENCES: Low-Profile GPU, Radeon HD only, at least 1 to 2 GB of DDR3 VRAM

OVERCLOCKING: Nope. SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Nope.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Most helpful advice for me is anyone with great PSU knowledge, GPU knowledge, both, or anyone that has a GPU installed with a computer that has a 220w PSU (Most helpful would be with the same computer I have.)

Here's a GPU I am considering. I'm just trying to sort it out to make it easier:

From this month's recommendations, I'd suggest either a Radeon 6670 ($77) or Radeon 7750 ($100). The 7750 may be slightly over your budget but it is a current-generation product with optimizations in various aspects (power, noise, video decode, etc.). With the right brand, both cards are available as low-profile.

My concern is the power supply. Pre-built PCs usually have the lowest quality power supplies available. Your PC has a 220W piece, so considering the limited power you have, a 7750 (55W) seems very attractive.
