So I'm looking to build a AMD computer for gaming and was hoping to keep the build around 600-850 range and would welcome advice on what parts I should get to get the most out of my money!

It would be only using 1 monitor with the goal being to run skyrim on ultra with high res textures! and also would like to be able to run future games such as battlefield 4.

I would possibly need a OS I might be just swapping my current HDD into the new build and I already have a monitor/keyboard/mouse.

I'm just going to suggest the good ones and the cheaper alternative.

FX8350 ( or 6300. if you're going for 8320 you might as well get the 8350)
Asus Sabertooth 990FX Gen3 R2 (Asus M5A99X Pro, Asrock 990FX Extreme 4, Gigabyte 990FX UD3)
G.Skill Ares (Low profile is the way to go instead of those with tall fins)

HD 7850. I won't suggest anything cheaper than that. 2gb VRAM is the way to go. HD 6950 (if you can get one) is a bit cheaper but has TDP of 200 watts. 7850 has 130 watts. Runs cooler and lesser power consumption.

-Has an OS. Transferring your old HDD won't do anything because once you switch motherboards you have to format it (which deletes everything).
-Overclockable.
-Great, sturdy case. Superb airflow.
-Great gpu. It should be able to max out bf4.

As you would know, Not everyone wants a Noctua D14. The Noctua U14s, for example, has 41mm allowance for RAM modules. Others at 40mm or lower. Try fitting your Snipers on those HSFs.
