Great Graphics Card Under $450

My friend has been asking me about graphics cards recently. I did my share of looking through the internet and there are sooooooooo many choices. $450 is a lot of money and so I want to know the best graphics card he can get with that money. He plays a lot of games.... ( Call of duty, Witcher, league of legends and a lot of fps's.)

Here is a list of GTX 770s and 760s. Aside from the first 4 options, the rest are $449 and below. The 770s are beastly cards; they're like a buffed 680. If he doesn't mind upping his price range a little bit he could even SLI two 760s for great performance also.
