I need help with Overclocking my CPU.

Hello , I need a bit of help with overclocking of my CPU.
First these are the specs of my desktop:
GPU: Nvidia GTX 650Ti
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 3.0GhZ(Stock)
RAM:6GB Ram DDR2 (not sure of the frequency)
MOBO: GA-M52L-S3P
Operating System: Win-7 64Bit

I have looked all these threads that had my CPU and overclocking and none of them helped. The problem is I know how to overclock a CPU but not in my BIOS. Its a simple one and I've searched for different things such as AMD OverDrive and lots but if I dont want to use my BIOS to do it , which program can I use because for example OverDrive does not work as I have GA Chipset. I searched for Gigabyte program's and I could not find any.

This Processor cannot Overclocked because they not have "K" which means Unlocked Processor the unlocked processor can set speed and multiplier okey buy new like AMD FX 8150 or Intel Core i7 4770K

How come I OverClocked it in the BIOS I can overclock it up to 3.50 GhZ and you're right that its locked because I can only set the multiplier up to 15 . Still thanks for the answer.

i would get an intel pentium g3258 which migh be a dual core but when oveerclocked it can nearly reach the preformance of an i7 5690K! and its only like what?, 55 pounds?!!?
