Hello, I'm new here, so i'm not really sure of the formatting of these sorts of questions, but I am having a problem with my desktop PC build. It has been working for a while, but somehow turned off when i left it running overnight. When i press the power button, all of the fans start to spin up for a split second and then they all stop, and my computer fails to POST when all of the correct cables are plugged in. However, when remove the 4 pin power connector, all of the fans spin up fully, including the cpu fan, and show no signs of stopping.
I have tried removing the battery overnight and trying again in the morning, and I have tried booting with just the essentials, cpu, and ram.

PSU is a corsair CX-600
Mobo is an Asus M5A97 LE R2.0
CPU is AMD FX-6300

i think that my motherboard has somehow broken, but i have tried breadboarding, and it still doesn't work.
thank you for your help in advance
