about warranty of GPU

I want to buy a gigabyte gtx 760, here is that

basically i am an INDIAN. here in the newegg its price is cheap compared to india so i decided to buy this gpu from here itself. my brother is visiting U.S shortly so he will get that card for me. but i don't have any idea about the card's warranty i mean about the global/international warranty. i need international warranty.. does gigabyte provide international warranty...? if not, which other brands of gtx 760 will provide global warranty...?
plz help me out ..!!

The item must be brought back to the country of purchase for RMA. So basically, if you bought an item from US, you should also bring it back to US if you will have an RMA matters.
