LG 27EA33V 27" for gaming?

Hi all, has anyone had any experience with the LG 27EA33V 27", to be used for gaming.

You wouldn't be disappointed with this monitor at all. It's an amazing monitor for the price.

What's the difference between the ASUS VS278Q-P and the Asus VE278H?. I've got my eye on the latter.

Also, the arguements regarding TN vs. IPS, what are your thoughts? Thx.

Superior in terms of what? Visual quality? features?. Ta

The IPS model take a different approach to pixelization to prevent color bleeding adn it lends it self to wider angle viewing

Ok so would i notice a big difference b/w IPS & TN?

I have a friend who has a TN and plays BF3 and it looks great.

I'd say yes, unless you plan to be sitting way off to the side of the monitor, most play the games with the monitor(s) right in front of them
