Im making my first computer and would like an opinion on what i have

CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K Quad-Core Processor Socket LGA1150, 3.4Ghz, 6MB L3 Cache, 22nm (Retail Boxed) Gen4 (BX80646I54670K)

Motherboard: Asrock Z87 Extreme4 Socket 1150 Intel Z87 Chipset

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

RAM: Kingston HyperX Genesis 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz

HDD: Seagate Barracuda SATA3 6.0Gb/s 1TB 64MB Cache

Power Supply: Thermaltake TR2 700W Cable Management Optimized Power Supply (TR-700)

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912

Case Fan: Cooler Master 200mm Red LED Silent MegaFlow Case Fan (Can be any color you like)

DVD Drive: ASUS Internal 24x DVD Writer (Can be any DVD drive for under $20)

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 760 or AMD Radeon HD 7950

and should i get an ssd and what ssd would you recommend.
also please give me other options if you feel it will make it better, trying to stay around the $1000 mark aswell

For that price, this is the best build in my opinion.

It has the best overclockable i5, a very good motherboard for overclocking from Asrock, 8GB RAM, Nvidia 770 which is much better than a 7950 and a 2TB HDD for under 1000 dollars. This is indeed a very good build for the price.
