Well here are my pc specs: Asus A8R32-MVP with a AMD 3700+ cpu and a radeon x1950 pro gpu.

I'm getting 90 fps on css but there are time when I will be running at 90 fps then a drop to a frozen pc with no new things i can just stand still and it will drop sometimes. I suspect its my cpu cause fs is so high but in games like minecraft I can freeze very easily cause my horse runs faster then my pc can load new chunks.
