How much watt is my power supply unit?

Okay,so i opened my cabinet and i this was written on my psu- (ac input) : 100-127V~/200-240V-50/60Hz,8/4A

(dc output) : +5V-16A(red)+12V-18a(yellow),3.3V-16.7a(orange),-12V-0.3a(blue),+5VSB-2.5a(purple),pg(grey)

(output watts) : 280W at 25°.Dereted at 1.2W/°C to 250W at 50°C=5V&+3.3V:135W at 25°C,120 W at 50° C

Is my psu of 280Watts?,i want to install an hd 6670,will it be able to handle it because hd 6670 requires 400W psu

the HD 6670 needs just 66 WATTS

you will need at least 300 watts power supply.
