M5a99x Restarting problem.

I have new motherboard, memory, and cpu.
ASUS m5a99x EVO R.2.0 ,Kingston HyperX 1600mhz 2x4gb, Fx 8320...
The computer is working fine untill i install gpu drivers, when i do that pc is restarting after loging in windows, No BsOd ,just a pure restart, Flashing bios not help at all. I have put old 7300 gt in this mb but no change , its working without drivers, when i install drivers its restarting after loging in windows.
Please help!

Update UEFI to the latest version. Check the system is stable with a stability test. If the stability test checks out, then look at the PSU etc.

I have updatet Bios alredy, please tell me how to do windows stability test (?) , Why you think that this might be psu , is working fine without drivers and psu is working all the time too, now im writing this messege from pc just i have unistalled gpu drivers.

Prime95 is good for AMD. Assign all memory you can (leave 1.5GB spare for OS). You can Google search for Prime95 and find tips on how to run etc. You the correct verion ofr the OS (64 bit or 32 bit etc.)

PSU would only be if when the driver loads there is some kind of load issue - this is very unlikely. So last thing you want to check.

If it is passing "2D" tests like Prime95 and failing only at driver try a different driver version. Also try a fresh install of the OS. Try a different PC slot. You haven't stated what you do and don't know or everything you may have tried so far so i can only state that I would debug the system very systematically.

I assume your operating system install is genuine, not some kind of OEM copy. Maybe do all the debugging you can and lay out a good post stating how you installed the OS. Which driver versions you used. Which OS you used. Not easy to help you otherwise.

I have fresh installed windows 7 ultimate 64bit
I have check psu voltage with electric meter they are ok
I have installed Lan drivers from asus side
I have Installed Chipset drivers from asus site
I have installed usb 3.0 drivers from asus site
I have installed realtek soundcard drivers from asus site
I have installed newest raid drivers alredy (the same as on the asus page)
I have installed nvidia gts 450 newest drivers ( 320.49)
Problem occurs!
Im asking on on forums about help/Ideas
I get bad answers from "pseudo geeks"
I uninstall usb graphics and sound drives
Problem dont occur!
I install gpu drivers again (320.49)
Problem occurs!
I uninstall drivers completely
I downgrade drivers (314.22) with was working on my old pc with the same gpu.
Problem occurs!
I rule out the reasons of restarting
I think "mineboard or gpu"
I replace gts 450 with old 7300gt
I install last drivers for 7300 gt from nvidia site
Problem occurs!
I replace 7300gt with gts 450 again
I uninstall drivers again
I clean registry
I install drivers again
Problem occurs!
I uninstall drivers (314.22)
I update bios one revision Up to 1708 version
I install drivers 314.22 /Problem occurs! I uninstall 314.22 and install newest 320.49/ Problem occurs!
I uninstall ALL drivers
I install gpu drivers only

I have hard formated hdd-s and installed fresh copy of windows (Ultimate 64 bit) , The gpu and lan drivers are installed now and it seems to run ok no restart. maby the chipset drivers are cousing restarts...

After a while problem occured, i have checked psu with special meter for psu's only, the psu is fine, im going with mobo to asus service toomorrow.
