Asus HD 7850 or XFX HD 7870?

hi, I am on a strict $300 budget for a gpu and I found these 2 to be suitable:-

as you can see, both cost around 16000 inr or $280 when converted.
should I go for the Asus hd 7850 for reliability or chance the XFX hd 7870 due to the aforementioned reliability issues?

or should I go for this nvidia 660:-

my specs:-
core i5 3750
generic pnp 1024x768 monitor
500 watt PSU
6 gb ddr3 RAM

I would go for the XFX one. Its reliable. But what is brand/model of PSU ? If it's non branded than it's an issue. Remember it. Either card will give you almost same results.
