Will these computer parts be acceptable on my current computer?

The parts I plan to buy:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 125W OR AMD FX-6100

GPU: AMD Radeon HD6670

Motherboard: M5A97 (AMD)

I'd Prefer to keep my Operating System (and files on the hardrive) to save some money, but I'll spend it if I have to

You will most likely have to purchase a retail version of Windows if you replace the motherboard.

What is the make and model of the power supply? Need to know for the GPU.

But I don't think the motherboard will fit in the case.
