I looking for at GPU and im thinking about one of these two.
The Asus is 273 $ and the MSI is 343 $.
Is the MSI worth the ekstra money?

Not sure where you are shopping, the 760 is the better card of the two, might look at the Asus 760, just upgraded a 3770K rig with one of these, it's sweet and OCs well - it's $259
