ntldr bios related problems

how do i access the bios menu with the ntldr missing message present on startup

Hah, another case of this kind of problem, I'm not unfamiliar with it (I had at least a dozen times this particular message.

Unfortunately for you, you can't access the BIOS once you've got that...
The only thing left for you to do in my knowledge is to take your Windows installation or recovery disc and simply click on repair (at least that's the easiest thing to do)
