Some e-mail hyperlinks are not active

Recently, I have received e-mails about posts I have been following that do not have active hyperlinks. I can read them by cut and paste, but that is a pain.
Ditto for best answer e-mails.
I am using windows live mail.
If I set mail to read in plain text only, I see the hyperlinks, but that is a pain because I get no images etc. on all my other e-mails.
And... I just got an e-mail indicating a new badge status that did have an active link.
I have sent e-mails including a link to myself, and the links work.
As far as I know every other e-mail sender that includes links works properly.

Is there something strange about your e-mails?

Could be a matter of formatting, or a preference setting. Might actually be something on our end as well. Could I impose upon you for a screenshot of an email from us that you see without a hyperlink?

I have the exact same problem and it began a few weeks ago. Before then all thread references were hyperlinks, now none are. BTW, since we're talking about bugs, this is the second time I have made this post. The first one simply disappeared........apparently.

This is an issue the development team is aware of, and is definitely a bug. We're working on producing a fix soon to rectify the problem.
