THERE ARE FEW OPTIONS OF LED MONITORS IN MY RANGE I TARGETED THE 1920*1080P LED'S WITH IN LOW PRICE AS POSSIBLE THESE ARE FEW WHICH I FIND PLEASE HELP ME WITH WHICH ONE IS BEST

The asus model would probably be the best. Asus makes good quality components, including monitors. Next best would be the HP. The other 2 really arent worth it.

what about the samsung my friend is using samsung display is good any thought on that ?

Its good, Samsung isnt know for reliability though. All of them will look good, theres just small differences that make one better than the other.
