Is this a good build for a gaming PC?

Mobo: Asus Z87-PRO ATX LGA 1150
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8 gb (2x4) DDR3-1600
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2 gb
Power Supply: Corsair 750 W ATX12V/EPS12V
Operating System: Windows 8 (OEM) 64 bit

Looks very good, great combo of components,,,,if an extra $20 available, going with the K model of the 4670 would be well worth it

I don't really plan on overclocking, so is there any other reason to go for the k version?

For three months down the road when you think the system is running slower ;)  It's well worth it and nothing to a minor OC, just upping the multiplier....
