Looks very good, great combo of components,,,,if an extra $20 available, going with the K model of the 4670 would be well worth it

I don't really plan on overclocking, so is there any other reason to go for the k version?

For three months down the road when you think the system is running slower It's well worth it and nothing to a minor OC, just upping the multiplier....
