My 2 builds need help

I trying to choose between 2 builds but i need help from u guys and girls out there
so here they r

Build 1 AMD
Mobo:Asus Crosshair v formula-z
CPU:Amd fx-4350 4.2Ghz
Gpu:Amd 7970 2gb
Psu:Corsair AX760w fully modular platnium
Ram:corsair vengence 2x4gb 1660Mhz
Hdd: 1tb western digital black 7200rpm
ssd: crucial m4 64gb(boot drive)

Build 2 Intel
Mobo:MSI Z77A-GD65 Gaming
CPU:Intel i5 3570k
Gpu:MSI twin frozr gtx 770 2gb
Psu:Corsair AX760w fully modular platnium
Ram:corsair vengence 2x4gb 1660Mhz
Hdd: 1tb western digital black 7200rpm
ssd: crucial m4 64gb(boot drive)

I will be doing gaming all the time i wont be streaming or rendering video
just gaming.browsing the web basic stuff like that

Build two all the way as the only major difference is the cpus and the fx 4350 is no where near the 3570k, u would need at least a 8350 to make a competition, for gaming the ram speed isnt huge, and the two gpus get similar fps in games.

For streaming and gaming the fx 4350 will prob fall behind and actually be a bottleneck before streaming, so again ud prob need a 6350 or 8350 on the amd side, where the i5 will keep up for gaming and streaming.

It's no contest, the 3750K build, AMD doesn't have a mainstream CPU that can touch it in a clock for clock showdown - though an interesting thought, they now have the FX-9590 out for $900, but of the other builders and consultants I know, none of them want to toss that kind of money to give it a try
!
