Computer won't post after driver install on new motherboard

Installed new motherboard, started up fine, ran install driver cd that came with the mother board, restarted the computer to complete installation, now it wont post all. The power supply fan and the case fan both turn on but the cpu fan does not, the cpu fan turns on if I unplug the 4 pin power connection, please advise.

Sounds like a PSU problem, do you have a different one or could you borrow one to try with

No difference with a different power supply

Might be a short , so I'd suggest benching it, have a guide that I wrote which might help, can find it here:

Went through your short trouble shoot. Still wont start up.

It started once then not again, I'm assuming it has the latest bios cuz it's a new motherboard but the bios won't even post so I don't think it's the bios.
