Can't connect computer to home wi-fi network

Every computer, tablet, and mobile phone I have all connect to the same wireless internet, but there's one laptop that does not. It says that it's collecting information about the wireless connection, and then it says that it failed to connect. And whenever I try to do it again it just gives me the same answer. Any help?

Check the MAC filtering settings of your WiFi router.May be you haven't added the MAC address of your laptop's WiFi adapter in that list. Also make sure you are entering the correct WiFi password in the correct mode(WEP,WPA or WPA2).Which OS are you using in that laptop?
