Replacement HDD Needed

I want to know what's a good 7200 RPM HDD to install into my Toshiba Satellite which currently is running OK but getting frustratingly slow and starts stuttering and freezing in videos, typing and it randomly has very bad patches, so I have decided to replace the hard drive and see how that works.

If you think this is a bad idea feel free to let me know it is.

I am currently looking at this one as it seems the best bang for the buck but if any experts could give me an idea as to which companies are generally more reliable

That is indeed a decent choice but after reading plenty of reviews it seems that people were having issues with the Seagates in my price range (50-60) so I decided to stick with the WD
