I recently got a new WD Blue 1TB 64MB cache, 7200rpm. I cloned it with my old hard drive and when i try to boot with the new WD Blue, the windows splash screen appears then freezes and goes to windows recovery screen. And when i click launch start up repair, it says "a required boot drive is inaccessible".
My specs are:
AMD FX-4100
MSI 970A-G43
WD Blue 1TB
Team Vulcan 2x4GB 1600
TX 650

you cloned it wrong.

listen carefully , Western Digital has a free Cloning program and it works well. and is for free only if you have WD installed in your PC.

so install the old and new in your pc ,

goto this link and down load the program

http://support.wdc.com/product/downloaddetail.asp?swid=119

and burn it on a DVD and boot from it , dont boot from windows.

and use it to clone your drive

tell me when you do it

have a nice day
