What is your PSU?
A Radeon 6670 is about the best you can get for 5K inr.

if you want to play games at the resolution you mentioned no card in your price range can play latest games with mid or high setting but you can play them in low to med setting if you lower the resolution up to 1280*720 or lower then that
the best card can be sapphire hd 6670...its around 5500..but will give you what you want....
