I'm planning to buy a power supply and it has a $20 mail in rebate. The thing is that it expires on the 31st. If I buy it on the 30th and mail it in the same day, can I still get the rebate.

You need the ISBN bar code. Unless you get it on the same day you bought it then maybe you might have the chance.
