My pc build, opinios and some advice about GPU? Thanks

Hello! This is what im planning to buy, some $ limitations but flexible.

CPU: Fx-8320
Motherboard: Gigabyte Ga 970A-DS3
Memory: Corsair Vengeanse 8gb (DDR3 1600 Mhz)
PSU: Corsair builder series CX 600 watts
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master V8 and two extra fans... (probably for OC and hours of gaming and encoding) Should I put some heatsinks on the vrms?

Not sure what to pick on GPU, I want something really good, I like nvidia but it could be radeon too, I was looking for some 2 gb video card around $200.

Used specially for gaming and video encoding.
