Computer Powers ON, but doesn't boot

Hi,

Here's what happened. I have a known working board since I took it from one of my computer (which I actually just shutdown to get the board). I also took the video card and my testing 600w PSU. So I know everything are working. By the way, I de-static myself by holding on to the case before removing anything.

I screwed/plugged everything in a newly bought case, but to my surprice, it powers ON but doesn't boot. I reseat the RAM, no go. Replaced RAM with my working unit, but still no go. Removed HDD, and PCI-E Graphics Card but it's still not booting up.

Help!~

All power hooked up, front panel buttons plugged correctly (pos and neg), could bench and troubleshoot, have a guide here:

Forgot to add, yes, I've already benched it.

It just powers On, all lights up. And that's it. No beep, no display, no boot.

You pulled the CPU, checked for debris, thermal compound, ben/broken pins?
