Driver? hardware? problem in newly built computer.

Hi, I recently built this computer and got everything working right and got windows installed but I am having some trouble. Every so often, the screen will flash and will say my Nvidia Geforce gtx 650 ti boost video card's drivers failed but then successfully restored. they are version 314.16. Another problem I have is after a reboot, my network adapter will fail and say it can't find any networks. However, if I restart by shutting down and then turning it back on, it works again. In the event logs it says I had 8 critical events in the last 24 hours and it says "Event 41 - Kernel-Power. I don't know how to solve these problems and any help is appreciated.
