Looking to spend around $600, excluding the PSU+GPU(already own a CX600 + GTX560), planning to get the 4670, not looking to overclock, will be playing games like BF4 etc, please get all parts/prices from here:http://www.msy.com.au/Parts/PARTS.pdf

thanks.

I am going to be honest with you, that sight hurts the eyes. lol. Here is something, not from that sight mind you, that would be a nice setup. You get an i7 for an i5 price. Haswell isn't really worth the premium cost over ivy.

If you still feel like shopping only @ the place listed, then here is a parts list with parts available at said store.

Awesome, was wondering what made you choose the B85M instead of the H87? And the only reason I chose Haswell over IB is for future proof, thanks for the help mate !

Haswell is only 5-10% faster on average and has a higher rated wattage. You would get more life out of that i7 with a Xeon badge than any non clocking i5. I only went with the B85M on price. If you want to spend a bit more for a better H87, that is just fine too. Here is an updated list with different ram and an H87 board. I changed ram due to voltage being too high according to pcpartpicker.
