Custom built pc will not boot with more than one stick of ram. If I have 2-4 sticks of ram in, fans and lights will turn on, will stay on for about 5 seconds and then power off and back on... this will repeat indefinitely until i cut power to the system. However, with only one stick of ram in this does not happen, the mobo will post and act normal.

Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G41
RAM: G.Skill Sniper DDR3-2133 1.60v 4GB x4

You have your CPU at stock? or OCed? Is XMP enabled? SOunds like probably they don't have the BIOS ready yet (not all that untypical of MSI), try each stick in slot one, if both boot, then put sticks in slot 1-3 and enable XMP select profile 1 - if still no boot, back to BIOS and raise the MC (memory controller) voltage (prob call CPUVTT) to 1.14 and try
