Graphics Card for Video Editing and Gaming

I am looking at getting a Quadro 4000 for video editing, but I also would like to get another single slot graphics card to be used in conjunction for gaming.

You mean one GPU for editing and another GPU for gaming. Why would you like to do that ? A single GPU is capable of video editing and gaming as well.
