dual monitor help

I just got a dual monitor setup, and have a problem:

Screen 1 I have counter strike open

Screen 2 I have spotify and google chrome open

every time I go from counter strike and will change song on spotify so minimize the counter strike and the same thing happens in google chrome

If i understand you, you pause the game and try to go do something over in the other window and it minimizes the game? thats normal behavior, my setup does the same thing, it has to do with the 'focus' that windows has on what you're working on and how a fullscreen game or show will go windowed or minimize when you change your 'focus' to something else...i'm not sure if there's a way to change it, but it's normal.

but it does not help and move forcus .. you can get a program that can help?

I don't know about a special program for it, the only thing i know that can 'solve' that issue, is to run the game in windowed full screen mode if it has it, this can lose you a few fps on your game, but it can be worth it if you're switching back and forth a lot.
