Upgrading GPU for Eyefinity

I am thinking of getting new GPU so I can run next gen games on high graphics on eyefinity. I have radeon 7950HD and its decent but I'd like more fps. Should I crossfire or get nivida and do sli on the cards? I have an i7 4770k OC to 4.4Ghz so that's not an upgrade option.

You could SLI though Nvidia provides more powerful GPUs in my opinion.
