XPS RAM failed together ... passed individually

Working on one of those huge Dell XPS systems (white with red trim) and PC Doc CPU/Memory test failed but all RAM passed in first slot individually. Do I automatically replace the board? Is there really anything other than a BIOS revision that I could otherwise check first? There are 6 memory slots and the process to pass all RAM was exhaustive so efficiency is key here. Thanks.

If all pass memtest individually would guess CPU or mobo, sad part is can't make adjustments to voltage or timings that might 'fix' things, so I'd prob look to a new mobo....well, a BIOS update might help if available, might check and see if available

could be one of the DIMMS gone bad u gonna have to test combos till u figure out which one it is , but yea worst case scenario is u gonna have to get a new board best case u only lose 1 ram and continue with 5
