I plan on building a computer for myself until I save up enough for more extravagant endeavors and plan on giving my temporary computer to my family when I'm done.

I need a computer to play minecraft and TF2/Source Games on high/max settings with FPS around 35-45 minimum and be smooth. I would not like to spend more than $400 but can (not including operating system)

I've been looking at combo-deals on NewEgg and found this for about $290
(http://), it has a A10-5800k that I hear is majorly dependent on ram.

I plan on getting a simple 1TB harddrive to go along with it.

Would the combo be adequate enough for what I need? Could I do it cheaper? Thanks so much in advance!
