Looking For Best Automatic Fan Control

Hello, this is my first build so bear with me,

So in my first build with an i7 4770K, I want my fan's speed to be dynamically changed according to my pc's temperature. For options I have found Fan Xpert 2, BIOS fan control such as Q-Fan, programs suck as SpeedyFan, and components such as Silverstone CMD01 (5 years old, don't know if new version is available.)

NOTE: my OS usage will be a mix of Linux, Windows, Mac OSX.
NOTE: I will be willing to get an Asus mobo if it has the best fan features.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appretiated!

I currently have an Asus Sabertooth Z87 and found it has very good fan control with its Thermal Radar system. The other Asus boards use Fan Xpert 2 which looks very similar.
From what I've read, Asus seems to have the best software for fan control this generation.
