no boot. orange blinking light and alternating red lights

Well I think my vid card died as I was having video problem then got no video feedsl. The I removed the vid card to place it in another slot in the mobo to see if it really died. when I tried to boot it. it didn't instead it had two alternative blinking lights by the 24pin connector, and a rapidly blinking light by a unit labeled r20.

Now its just one solid red light by the 24 pin connector.
