Hi guys, i just got my monitor back from warranty as it had begun to die on me but it seems the technician has only replaced the LCD panel so that it just does that and no longer can use the physical settings and power buttons etc so i can't change the contrast/change the display port i want to use... it turns on as soon as i plug it in with no blue light indicator that its on. Is there a way i can open it back up and fix it? and is this the work of a lazy technician? Thanks for the advice

EDIT: the monitor is an ASUS VS248H
EDIT 2: if i cant make them work again, is there a way for me to change to contrast/brightness etc on my monitor without sending it back to ASUS? Thanks :)

I wouldn't recommend opening it if it's still under warranty. Call Asus instead.
